1903: Prescott beat Jerome 4 to 2
1904: Prescott beat Grand Canyon 4 to 2
1905: Bisbee beat Flagstaff 4 to 3
1906: Prescott beat Grand Canyon 4 to 3
1907: Flagstaff beat Tombstone 4 to 3

Notes: Seven of the AZL's 16 franchises have won championships ... Ten of the 16 have made appearances in the Cactus Champions Cup, with Grand Canyon (1-3) tying Prescott (4-0) for most appearances ... Prescott's first three titles came as members of the Southern League. The Antelopes won their 1910 crown as part of the Northern League. SL teams won five of the first six titles, while the NL won the last four... Only Prescott has won multiple titles ...
