Herrera gets his revenge

Main Event
LW - Aurelio Herrera (CH) (24-9) scored a UD15 over Eddie Hanlon (20/25) (16-9-1) for his second defense of the IBF LW title. Hanlon had defeated Herrera back in 1909.
Herrera jumped on Hanlon in the first and the ref looked as if he would stop the fight, but Hanlon held on. It was a rare 10-8 round without a knockdown. Herrera stayed in control of the fight with only a minor scare in the 9th when he was knocked down.
Hanlon started carrying his hands low in the 5th, his left eye started to swell in the 11th, and he was knocked down in the 11th, 14th, and 15th.
I had it 146-135, the official judges had it 146-136/145-135/145-135.
Regional Title
LH - Pietro Boine (UR) (8-3) scored a UD12 over Gerri Muhren (UR) (2-4-3) to retain the EBU LHW title.
Boring fight as Boine controlled the action. There were no knockdowns, cuts or swellings. I had it 119-110 as did all the official judges.
Other Fights
LW - Frank Erne (12/5) (22-8-2) scored an easy UD10 over Freddie Welsh (7/12) (19-8-1) to make a jump in the rankings. Welsh won the first round and then was never in the fight. He was down in the 6th, 8th and 9th round. I had it 99-88, the official judges had it 99-88/97-90/98-89.
FLY - Jimmy Wilde (UR) (9-0) scored a KO1 over Edgar Quinn (UR) (3-4-1). Wilde dropped Quinn with :04 left in the round.
MW - Charley Davis (UR) (9-0-1) scored a TKO7 over Dick O'Brien (club) (5-22-2) to remain unbeaten. O'Brien was cut over the right eye in the first and that cut eventually stopped the fight in the 7th. I had it 60-54 at the stoppage.
