Any ideas why when trying to upload my team in an online league why I would get a message that says "The computer is disconnected from the network"?

I am in two online leagues, I just downloaded the new league files in both and both leagues are giving me the same message. It does not appear that anyone in either league is having the same problem and I am to opening day in one league and the free agent signing period in the other with daily sims. Please help!!
