Oh, and I completely forgot to discuss stolen bases. Lowering the number of attempts to Rarely, but raising the creation modifier seems to have the desired impact of having more outliers. There were 9 instances of 80 or more steals, but it was only done by five different players. The single-season record was 94, but 64, 62, 56, 52, 52 is the leader board for the current season. Career record was 955. The next time I get around to fooling with these again, I'm going to try lowering attempts to Very Rare, but increasing the modifier even more.
