Good, hopefully it is something like I am proposing
Drop down menus for about 25 or so paramaters with 5 or so options each.
Easy enough that it only takes a few minutes, but powerful enough that you can get a stadium almost exactly like you want, and the generator can produce tens of thousands of stadium types and millions of different stadiums.
