The format of the injuries.txt file has changed slightly; if you use my .txt file from OOTP 2006 you'll get no injuries at all. The main change in format is a slightly expanded description (e.g. "Torn Muscle" becomes "a torn muscle"). I've amended the attached generator to do the same, but it simply adds "a " to the beginning and uses lower case, so may look odd with some custom injury descriptions. The other change to the format is to add a couple of commas to the end of the lines for no better reason than to defeat my Excel based generator, it seems

. Takes care of this too.
See
RMY Injuries.txt Generator for original description.
Low-severity bone injury changed back to 'bruised' as suggested by Prodigal Son (I had it like that initially and changed to 'cracked', can't remember why).
Attached zip includes XLS generator and a sample
injuries.txt file produced with it (on settings as attached).
