You have to type in the filename manually. Either by going to the Team's home page and going to the 'Options & Ballpark' screen. Then hit Edit Ballpark. Then go to 'Pictures & Coordinates'. Then you can type in the name of the file of the ballpark you want.

You can also go the game setup screen. Then click on League Setup. Hit 'Functions' on the bottom and select 'Edit Park' . There you can edit all the parks. Wish the game found ballparks like it does logos! would make everyone's life 100x easier.
