I installed the whole set of player photos for an historical league, but I find them distracting and don't like them at all. I want to delete all of them and have either just single default photo or have the game generate facegen images. How do I do this?

I've deleted the facepack photos from the data/photos directory and have tried the "generate new player pictures" option from player & picture options in the league setup, but no matter what I do the next time I start the game every player still has his real photo from the historical facepack. Even if I manually replace player photos individually with facegen images, the next time I start the game every player has the facepack images again.

After spending all the time setting up the league, I'd hate to have to delete it and start from scratch just to get rid of some player photos. There's got to be an easier way. Thanks.
