I've tried this several times using the exact parameters SkyDog suggests but I keep coming up with leagues that are too pitching heavy.
Specifically, even after three attempts of simming up 30 years with these settings I look back and there are an average of about 1.5 sub 2.00 ERA seasons a year. That is very annoying. Some guys have four, five, or six years in a row that would make Bob Gibson jealous.
What am I doing wrong?
- 24 Team League
- Two levels of minors
- 10 Round Ammy draft
Why am I not getting the same results as you guys? I've also noticed that the pitching gets more and more dominant year by year so that by the time I'm in year 20 or so of the sim both leagues have ERA's of around 3.50.
How have I screwed this up???
