this will should give you 70% players with names from the US (modern) nameset, 20% from the Canadian name set, and 5% each of African and Hispanic names. If you rather use the US (historical) nameset, then change the 0 before the 70 to a 39

One question...did you really want African names, or just African ethnicity in your pictures?
