Ok, so current ideas for expansion teams, along with the division they'd probably fit best in, include:
Cameroon - Transpacific Oceanic or Transatlantic Western
Ethiopia - Transpacific Oceanic
Great Britain - Transatlantic Western
Haiti - Transatlantic Carribean
Nigeria - Transpacific Oceanic or Transatlantic Western
I suppose if one wanted to add several of the African teams, one could do a substantial realignment to put them all in the same division. I'd have to think on how that might work. Maybe join them with the European teams?
