Took a peek at your HTML files. The development utility is actually tracking all the minor leaguers, but the report per team doesn't show the minor league team's development for some reason. Can you zip up your .csv files and place them somewhere where I can download and play around with them? Not sure why this is happening.
Also, did you generate the HTML pages after you ran genDev.html? There should be a development link on each player's page. Curious if something is going wrong, or you just overwrote that link by uploading new HTML pages.
