Excerpt from the London Mirror....In Madrid yesterday, Spanish police acting on a tip from an informer, raided several homes and arrested 13 suspected members of the notorious Black Circle. A police source said that one of the detainees was found to have a newspaper photo of the late world boxing champion Phil Scott folded in his wallet. The same man was also found to have evidence on him leading police to believe he had recently been to America.
