First, the work by padresfan, cephasjames, silvam, et al is so inspiring and...just flat fun to check out.

I am requesting help.

Could someone please type out instructions for:
1) How to change sleeve colors (for vest style jerseys)
2) How to do stripes on the shoulder
3) How to do different colors on panels of hat
4) How to do pinstriped hats
5) How to do multi color piping
