This is great what you're doing and you have done beautiful work so far!
May I suggest downloading Defts 450+ uniform templates that you can load into the game so they are selectable in the uniform creation screen. You probably don't need all 450+ of them, but they offer much better variation of jerseys (see my stickied thread for examples) and you don't get those ugly sleeve stripes that come with the default templates.
