Pics do not go in data/photo folder.... unless they are there before you generate the game. If you add pics after it needs to go into the

Don't know directory on mac

Directory on PC is in Sports interactive folder inside My documents folder

data/saved_games/(whatever your league name is.lg)/news/html/images folder
