When a player is drafted, what length contract is he given? I would like to set up my draft so the first pick by a team is given a 5 year deal, picks 2-4 a 4 year deal, etc. all the way down to 1 year deals for the final 10 picks on my 25 man roster. Is this, of something similar, possible?

Also, can you call for a pitcher to intentionally hit a batter when managing a game?
