I was editing the dollar amount of a contract extention for a player. I was trying to change his contract amount from $12,540,000 to $7,500,000. When I did this it changed it from a three year extention to a 224 year extention. It moved the $7,500,000 three year amount to years 11,12, and 13. The total sum of the contract was -$1,244,432,000 over the contract. So there were years the player owed the team money. If I changed the amount in years 11,12, and 13 back to $12,540,000 it reverts back to a three year extention. I can post a screen shot when I get home tonight if it is helpful.
