I did the fix found at

I saw another post somewhere that the first patch fixes the problem and now I'm back at the "Unable to open the user data folder! Please reinstall Out of the Park Baseball" error I've also had before.
I tried the fix at
How to move game data off of a network drive and hat didn't work either. Please help. The game was working fine before the database download.
