New York - Heavyweight boxer Tommy “The Duke” Morrison reportedly punches an up and coming fighting prospect named Tommy “The Machine” Gunn in altercation on the street. Reports say Gunn was following Morrison while Morrison was doing some late night clothing shoping in the Garment District after leaving a nightclub. An interview of witness and friend of Gunn’s, Mitch Green, says “Morrison just came out of the store and punched Gunn in the eye. Morrison’s lawyer states, “Gunn provoked my client with profanity and continuous uncalled for taunting. He followed and stalked Morrison for close to 30 minutes.”

A spokesperson for Gunn says that Gunn was an innocent bystander and is suffering mental and physical distress. Gunn, however, says that he will forego litigation if Morrison grants a fight to Gunn with a 50-50 split in revenue.
