I know this is not on the fix list, however on March 27 (almost 2 months ago) you posted the following:

Just looking for an official update on this... The one
OOTP online league I participate in is planning to stick with 6.5 until this is coded, then we will switch to
OOTP 2007. I'm really, really chomping at the bit to move to
OOTP 2007...so I can't wait for this feature.
