Chris, I don't use Autoscheduler for saved fights in my Uni but I have seen the problem arise from both the "Start Fight" and "Fight Card" menus. Since I now religiously do the manual save of PPs after every completed bout, I now see the problem only occasionally, at times when I either (1) forget to do the save and/or (2) suffer a temporary power outage when playing the game.

The info for my operating system is Windows XP and I am using the TB 2 game with the 2.0.27 patch.
