I just enjoy the game. I think the entry fee would just keep owner's activity up.

And to piggy back off a previous post, I honestly don't think I would need SI's approval for this. I've seen a number of madden leagues out there that required an entry fee and such; and EA sports never once stepped in. People are paying money to join the league and enjoy the service; i'm not out for a profit nor am I making any sort of profit off the game.
