This is a well-timed question as during the last couple of days I've been thinking of the steps I'll have to take in the story to flesh out the community member fighters in this universe.
If you've been following closely you'll know that Romy's guy has already featured quite prominently of late in the HBF and that's something that I'll have to replicate with the other characters.
Your fighter Kent Ares is actually in the HBF, with his first Qualifying League bout scheduled to take place on August 22 (uni date) in Johannesburg against the Egyptian Grantham Abdul-Kafar (see post #1209 in the HBF thread for the complete opening series of QL bouts).
In your initial description of him you said that he's quiet out of the ring, which is something that I worked into the post that introduced him in the HBF (#887, page 45) where I said he was shy and introverted. I'm not sure if many introverts engage in trash talking or not, but if you want me to make him "come out of his shell" a bit as his career debut draws closer, that shouldn't be a problem.
See, while the HBF/IBL already has and will continue to have many real life fighters as major characters and contenders, my desire is to make each of the fictional characters created by you guys just as prominent. It will take quite a bit of planning on my part, in order to keep the story both realistic and enjoyable and that's something I'm looking forward to.
