The World Rankings are definitely global right now as we have 3 Europeans and one Australian ready for World Title shots. Four of the top six contenders in the World Rankings right now are:

[5] Tom Sharkey, Ireland, 22-4-0 (19)
[7] Max Schmeling, Germany, 22-5-0 (20)
[8] Ivan Drago, Russia, 23-5-0 (22)
[10] Peter Jackson, Australia, 19-3-0 (18)

The only other 2 that could be considered for world title shots are former champions, [3] Mike Tyson and [4] Rocky Marciano.
