Livingston County League Inaugural Draft Set

Pontiac, Ill. (SION)--Flanagan was awarded the first selection in the inaugural Livingston County League draft today.
"This is an exciting time for the people of Flanagan and for the LCL," said Falcons manager Steve O'Neil.
The official draft order is:

1. Curt Simmons, 16 year-old starting pitcher out of high-school.
2. Ferris Fain, 24 year-old first baseman out of college.
3. Ted Kluszewski, 21 year-old first baseman out of college.
4. Willie Jones, 20 year-old third baseman out of college.
5. Don Johnson, 19 year-old starting pitcher out of high-school.
6. Lou Brissie, 21 year-old starting pitcher out of college.
7. Al Rosen, 22 year-old third baseman out of college.
