Lol. It will be interesting to see what happens to Boston. They still have plenty of talent and remain the favourites at least this year. The Yanks have absolutely zero pitching.
I had been toying with the idea of dealing Ruth to the Yankees each of the past two off-seasons but just couldn't pull the trigger. It just seemed that since I was assigning players to their original teams that he should be in pinstripes.
I noticed morale was down for several Boston players including Harry Hooper and then when I read in the league news that Ruth injured his hand in fight I decided it would be an in-team brawl and that should be the time to move him.
That was the first and only time I have stepped in and altered the game development. I am back to being a hands off commissioner watching this universe unfold. We will have to see what happens to the Yanks and Red Sox over the rest of the decade.
