DFA and waiver the players. Hopefully they all have options so you can pull 'em back. Once they are DFA, you can right click and put them on the DL. Once that is done you may be able to remove from waivers if you do not advance a day. The only risk may be in a guy who is out of options.

while this may be a solotion, don't really know how much it would help if your managing in the minor leagues since you can't sign players anyway and would just be hoping that the AI will give you some new people to fill that hole you just created. If your the GM of the big league club it might help you get around roster limits, but what other advantage is there.
