Suggestion
Have the option to play in 'can't-be-fired' mode.
Reason
Now, the only way to avoid being fired is by playing in Commissioner Mode, (which is not recommended, and allows too many workarounds, like overbudget contracts, that I'd prefer were not available). It is awkward to take on a rebuilding project with a team, because inevitably one will be fired several times in the process.
