Rankable rookie draft lists. After the rookie player pool is announced, allow teams to rank the players in the draft and submit their list. When it is time for the rookie draft, the AI will automatically select the highest ranked available player on each team's draft list. Teams/managers would also have the option to draft "manually" when draft day comes and be prompted when it is their pick just as it is now.

Reason
This would make rookie drafts much easier for online leagues in which it is often difficult to coordinate a live draft with all of the team owners. This seems like one of the most practical features still not in the game.
