Team Doctor
Suggestion
Eliminate the position of Team Doctor in favor of a budget line-item for Medical/Conditioning.
Reason
I suppose this is mostly cosmetic, but it seems a bit presumptuous to suggest that having a good Team Doctor is enough to keep the entire team healthy and in shape. A good doctor may be better at treating an injury that has already been sustained, but a good Team Trainer may be even more important to keep players fit enough to avoid injury in the first place. Nonetheless, it seems rather unnecessary to have to hire additional staff, or even to have memory in the game taken up by existing Team Doctors, when the whole area could be addressed very easily within the budget.
