If I have two major leagues...one in which there is an age maximum of, lets say 24, while the other league allows players age 24+ and allows free agents to enter the league from other leagues...
once the players of the younger league reach 24 and can no longer play in the young league, will they show up as possible free agents for the league that permits older players? or will the game retire them since they reached the age maximum of the league they were playing in.

The league design that I'm trying has led me to this question.
