There is a SISA scout of the league at the end of the playoffs, which takes a bit of time, but not normally 5 minutes- if you had a lot of leagues finishing at that time, the scouting might be time-consuming. Otherwise, I don't know of anything in particular that should cause a 5-minute pause.
