Suggestion
More expansion-draft related movement. Typically, the expansion draft triggered player movement to/from the drafting teams - the draft should cause non-drafting teams to assess their situations based on who they have lost and/or who may now be available.
Reason
It would reflect reality somewhat better than the expansion draft periods that I've seen.
