This game generates many Yankee-like dynasties. If you have a team that wins ten championships in twelve years then you probably have a solid enough line-up that no one is getting pitched around. Runs and rbis are inflated.
A guy who hits .300 lifetime with 400 homers, 1500 runs scored and 1500 rbis for a dynasty would be much less deserving of a spot in the Hall than a guy who put up the same numbers for a perennial second division club.

True, statistically speaking. But maybe he runs his HOF like RL; where popularity is a major factor. And - players on championship teams are more exposed to the limelight, and thus a better chance to be popular.
