Suggestion
Make the Shortlist a little quicker to access by either A) give it its own shortcut seperate from the Search Player or B) have it default to the Shortlist first, instead of always starting on the complete player list. Or of course C) have it remember which one you used last.
Reason
Makes the shortlist sort of bothersome and annoying to use when you have to wait for "Assigning Scouting Reports" each and every time.
Priority
High.
