You asked, so...
When I open my league import_export via browse, it gripes about not being able to find part of the path 'C:\Program Files\Center of Excellence\devTracker\path.ini'
That's the first time I run it. I haven't pressed Find. It gives the same error when I do press Find, however.
I'm going to assume this is because I don't have the devTracker installed at C:\Program Files\Center of Excellence\
When I first unzipped, I extracted to a folder on the Desktop, and Setup never created a Program Files\Center of Excellence folder. If there's nothing in the default setup to require installation into such a directory, I'm sure you can see the potential problem.
