New release out. Two major bug fixes:
*Accented characters bug confirmed fixed!!!
*Previous versions didn't handle feeder leagues well. This version gives an option to include reports for feeder league teams. Now, by default, it does not include them.
I've also noticed a tendency for things to get really flaky if you go a long time (4 or 5 game weeks) between running a baseline and looking for ratings changes. I don't know why this happens, but I'm investigating.
