Common Pool
Suggestion:
Allow two leagues to draft from one pool of players. Based on the contract offered the player decides who to sign with.
Reason:
As an example, I have been working on a 1915 Federal League file. If I set up a draft using historical rookies they can draft from the same pool of players, but the players aren't common. The player will exist in both leagues as two separate players. This kills the idea of trying to see if you can compete with the MLB.
