I'm very much an amateur at mods and rosters, but some of the best compilations I'm aware of are at padrefans mod site at:

As I stated earlier, I like Icy's template and graphics, but there are lots o' goodies there incl. stadiums, photopacks by Gambo and many others, rosters,etc.
