dola: minor corrections:
Gambo park excel file seems to have attendances to the nearest 500. Based on this assumption, here are some corrections:
Citizen's Bank Park: should be 43,500 (43,647) instead of 43,000
Bank One Ballpark: should be 49,000 (49,033) instead of 48,500
Joe Robbie Stadium: debatable...could be revised from 47,500 down to 36,500 based on recent reductions in seating
