I do know that if you turn off potential ratings instead of actual ratings, which defeats your purpose i'm afraid, the game will still show the personality ratings. That's not much of glimmer of hope i know.
Unfortunately it still won't be possible as of the latest build to turn off talents without also turning off personality ratings.
