Suggestion
Add "suggestion" interface to the current choice of "ratings" or" statistics" in the transaction screen

Reason
In 5 or 6 levels of minor leagues ther are often 20 or more players to be promoted or demoted. The only way to see the promotion or demotion suggestion is in the HTML report which reloads the ML team home page after every transaction. Meaning three clicks and a scroll/hunt through the minor league page for every single transaction. ... paiiiiiiiinfull!

If we could see the suggestion in the minor league transaction screen (use a code like R-AA (ready for AA) or PO-A (Probaby overmatched at single A) etc.) Then we could just drag and drop the players into any team we wanted. - Or even simpler, just a up or down arrow if they are recommended to be promoted or demoted.
