Suggestion
Allow the almanac to be created in user-defined path as its final destination.
Reason
As much as I advocated including an almanac, in its present form there is no economy. It's created in a game directory, then moved to the almanac location, then many move it again to an external drive to save space, then finally the original is deleted from its /almanac directory. Even roughly with a large league, that's an hour per step with duplications of intent.
