Philly hasn't been that great in the three years I've been simming, I'm afraid. They've won 78, 81 and 75 games, respectively, finishing third, third and fifth in the NL East. So far this year, the Phils are six games under .500.
Curt Schilling is still pitching in Philly. He's their ace. Andy Benes is having a solid year, with four early wins. Torii Hunter actually was drafted by Texas and then traded to Philadelphia. He's batting leadoff but is only hitting a buck 50 over the first month. 1B Hal Morris is the top hitter so far, .330 after a month... They've got four guys on the DL early so that's not so good ...
Hope that helps ... maybe they'll get things rolling with Spiezio, Rolen and Abreu in the lineup ... Philly is at least better than the Mets, who've only won four games in April. Yeesh...
