My game does the same thing. I took all of my scouts off of scouting for the day, and yet it still crashes back to the desktop on Jan 31st. Any idea how you fixed yours so I can try the same with mine. I like the roster set, but I can't proceed past the 31st even when I try resigning/vacation.
