I found WinZip to be much faster than the tool that comes with Windows. It may be that Windows is taking a
long time to extract, during which you will see only an empty folder. There are a ton of files to download and decompress in CubbyFan's roster. It really is a complete game save, not just rosters.
Use WinZip if you can and you know how; it will do the job quicker. Also, I would extract to your desktop and then move the folder into My Documents, where we spoke of above, when it's done so that you can keep an eye on what is going on. This is better, I think, than trying to extract directly into the saved_games folder.
EDIT: Hey, I just realized something. I don't know if I should even be talking to you, pending the outcome of tonight's game (I'll give you one guess who is starting for the Tigers). But, that's OK. Here, we are all fans of baseball and OOTP.
