Have team awards (Hitter, Pitcher, Rookie, Minor Leaguer) announced at the end of the season along with all the league awards.
Reason
More immersion in the game, more reward at the end of each season... I think it would be great to see that, while he may not have been the best player in the league, that kid you drafted in the 23rd round of your first draft turned into a great player for your own team.
