Create an assistant manager. Use the assistant if you want the AI to handle trades or signings, rather than assigning them to the manager. If want to manage only, and let the AI handle trades and signings, it should be by the GM or assistant GM, not by the manager.
I should have an option to assign trades and signings to "AI GM" or "assistant GM", not the manager.
Also, have strategy settings for them as well so I can look at what strategies the front office has, or allow the commish to change them to play Moneyball, etc.
