Suggestion: A "call" from the bullpen in the form of a note in the play-by-play or from the bench coach when a relief pitcher has completed warmup and is ready.
The ability to give relievers specific instructions as to how hard to throw/how quickly to loosen up is a co-suggestion in the game engine thread.
Reason: This is how it's done in real life and I think it would really help those of us who from time-to-time forget they have a reliever warming up once their starter gets through a tough inning.
